Simple pricing.
Pick a tier. Print at the included rate. Pay overage at a clear per-print price.
One small countertop engraver, one monthly or annual plan, transparent per-print costs.
The math on one print
$50 is our recommended retail. Most clinics could charge more. Here's where the money goes.
For comparison: outsourcing nets the clinic close to nothing. Most clinics already marking up land somewhere between $15 and $40 per unit.
About the cost of a label printer
You pay for the engraver once. It's a small countertop diode laser, roughly the footprint and price of a label printer. Plug it into power and WiFi and you're done.
We help you source it. Setup takes a few minutes via our setup page. No installer visit, no plumbing, no special outlet, no training day.
- • One-time purchase
- • Countertop footprint
- • Owned by the clinic, not leased

Common questions
Is there a contract?
No. Monthly plans renew month-to-month, annual plans renew yearly. You can cancel anytime from the in-app account page.
What if I need more than my monthly credits?
Extra prints are billed at the tier's overage rate: $10 on Bronze, $8.25 on Silver, $7.25 on Gold. You can also upgrade tiers anytime from the in-app account page.
How does annual billing work?
Annual is monthly price × 10, so you get two months free. We grant the full year of credits at signup. Overage on an annual plan is invoiced monthly.
What does one print actually cost me?
One credit (about $7.25 to $10 depending on tier) plus a slate coaster (about 60 cents on Amazon). That's it. No ink, no consumables, no shipping.
What should I charge the family?
$50 is what we charge at our hospital and what we recommend. Some clinics charge more.
Who owns the engraver?
The clinic does. It's a one-time purchase, not a lease. If you ever cancel Keepsake, the hardware stays with you.
